The same MailScanner process made different "Spam Actions"

So you had a batch of 7 messages which got different results. What's  
the problem?

In case you didn't know: for efficiency and speed, MailScanner  
processes mail in batches so that the virus scanners only have to be  
run once for each entire batch, and the scanners are not run  
separately for each and every message.
