filter out messages only containing gifs

Hi all,

is there any possibility mailscanner filters out all messages which
only contains gifs / jpg's/ etc etc ? It seems this form of spam is
about to stay for the upcoming months.

I'd look at the config of my mailscanner 4.32.5 (yeah it's old I know)
but didn't find the knobs. Is it possible in any newer version or
possible to add this feature to the upcoming ?
