The Centos rpm's of spamassassin are only up to version 3.06.
That feature came in around 3.11.
You need to use a source install, or a more up to date repo for yum if you
want that feature. I would recommend you rpm -e spamassassin, and install from
Julian's install-Clam-SA package.
