Who does RBL checks - MailScanner or SpamAssassin?

We run MS/SA on our own systems and a lot of others. We don't see any:

My guess is that you're not using the SARE rule sets in combination with
Rules_du_Jour. They are very effective, especially when you update them
daily. 

My thanks to the folks who maintain the SARE rule sets; you are much
appreciated :)
