Nope. It means MCP isn't using them (and rightly so:). In modern SA,
the inclusion/use of the features you mention (apart from bayes) is
controlled by whether you've loaded the corresponding plugin or not.
The setting is in your *.pre files (usually
/etc/mail/spamassassin/*.pre).
