It would be nice, but it presupposes that you have valid
contact information for the sender of the questionable e-mail,
which you do not.

If you could assume the contact information was valid, that
would imply that you already know the message is not spam[1].
But you don't already know that; if you did, you wouldn't be
proposing this idea because it would be unnecessary.
