and High Spam Score with 

A message that would say something like.

 
Sorry.  You message was blocked by our Spam filter.
If you email was not Spam please go to this site.
www.spam.domain.com

 
Now I can make the message ez enough but I am looking for a utility to do
the web site part.

Maybe something like this site
