Saving public keys from email messages

Hi there.

There is a powerpoint presentation on the net called julianfield.ppt, that 
says it would
be possible to save public keys from email messages with mailscanner to 
deploy
email encryption.

Apart from the saving-the-keys part. Is this a mailscanner feature or does 
it just mean,
that it might be implementet using a &function hook in the 
mailscanner.conf?
