ClamAV Perl module

Mail::ClamAV is up to date (0.17)

I have installed the Clamavmodule  version 0.17)

but get the bext error:

 

MailScanner[19198]: ClamAV Perl module not found, did you install it?

 

 

My version of  MailScanner is 4.47.4 

 

What must I change in the configuration
