I've looked at the source - the to/from pairs from the queue file are
always lc()'d as are the values read from the ruleset so case really
doesn't matter.

Before anyone mentions - yes RFC2821 does say that local-parts can and
and must be treated as case-sensitive but it also states in the same
paragraph - 'exploiting the case sensitivity of mailbox local-parts
impedes interoperability and is discouraged', so in reality this
shouldn't cause any issues.
