[MailScanner] Re: Problems with charset gb2312 and mime headers

Hi,

When I saw this the last time I was running 4.45.4-1. I upgraded
mailscanner yesterday to latest stable and have not seen it today but it's
only happen sporadically.

Hopefully I will never see this anymore...
