Header Syntax Error

Gentlemen;

I never saw this message in the logs of a new server installed this weekend:

Jan  9 16:49:37 aradhana sendmail[3186]: k09JnWfC003175: SYSERR(root): 
header syntax error, line "X-Sesamo Regalos-MailScanner-From: "

Environment:
Fedora Core 4 (fully patched)
MailScanner 4.47.4-2
Clamav 0.87.1
Sendmail 8.13.4
mail clients: Outlook/Outlook Express with versions ranging from Win98 
to WinXP.

Is this header syntax error something to worry about? Is it because the 
"From:" is empty?
