MailWatch.pm should be in the CustomFunctions directory.  Did you install 
from tar file or RPM ?

If it's the tar file, it's wherever you put it. For me its :

	/opt/MailScanner/lib/MailScanner/CustomFunctions

In the RPM version it's :

	/usr/lib/MailScanner/MailScanner/CustomFunctions
