Reboots happen rarely, and the cache will soon rebuild itself, so I  
didn't worry too much about it getting lost on a reboot. I needed  
somewhere that I could guarantee was already writable by
the "Run As User" without making the installation any more complicated.

Feel free to move it if you don't like where I've put it :-)
