MailScanner, postfix and exchange server as a gateway

In the last few years there's very little difference is the security record.

Of you compare the overall lifetime of the two products then you're
comparing a Model-T Ford to a Ford Focus....sendmail is way older than
postfix and you've got to be careful of 'how' you compare the two.
