More 4.50.15 woes on FreeBSD

I vaguely remember something about various Perl module updates in the past
and a quick look at the changelog reveals the install.sh will install a new
HTML::Parser.
Not sure about why the MIME:: modules are later on my system too, again I
seem to remember something but in this case I can't find anything obvious in
the change log.
I'd start with these two and see if upgrading helps.... and work down the
list on the other differences..
