Having trouble with mqueue.in

I still think it is to do with the ownership of /var/spool/ 
MailScanner/incoming. Can the "Run As User" read all the directories  
down from / to /var/spool/MailScanner/incoming? It needs to be able  
to read them all or MailScanner won't be able to reach the dir.
