Cannot install DBI with MS 4.50.14

[Julian Field]

Do

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Storable
quit

Make sure it doesn't start upgrading your entire Perl installation, 
thump Ctrl-C like crazy if it does!

Then try running the install.sh again.
