Must suck to have people decide what you can and cant by policy, 
you need to get on the policy making board :)

Luckily for me I get the final say here. I create all security policies 
and they have to live with it :) I however do believe in being upfront 
with everyone, so long as you advise prospective clients the actions you
take or reserve the right to take and don't hide anything, you have 
nothing to worry about.
