Emails getting tagged as Disarmed

I have installed the latest version on your site today and all of the sudden 
we are getting emails tagged as Disarmed. I checked my MailScanner.conf file 
and it is setup to not change the subject for Disarmed messages.

These are servers that have been in production for a long time and just 
started to do this after the upgrade.

Anyone else seeing this? Anything I can do to provide more details to help 
with understanding what the issue is?
