Hi Marlo,

Not knowing how your system is setup (gateway? internal mail host?  
something else?) I can only recommend you take a look at a rule set  
for outgoing mail or mail from your internal network (ie, match by IP  
range).  I've found when exempting certain mail from the default file  
name and file type rules using an overloaded rule set works very well.
