I have been referencing instructions that tell me that even under Postfix 
the above line should read:

Sendmail2 = /usr/sbin/sendmail -DOUTGOING

I've always wondered whether this really makes a difference or not - but it 
works for me, so I've never spent any time looking into it <shrug>.
