Question about spam.assassin.prefs.conf

Hi all,

I upgraded our MS last week and noticed that a new
spam.assassin.prefs.conf.rpmnew file was created.  When I compare it to
my old one, it is quite different.  As long as I ensure that any
settings in the old one are in the new one, can't I replace the old one
with the new?  Is there are reason I should/should not do this?
