Memory Usage on MS Processes seems high

I run about 30 SARE rulesets, but they only total about 1.7MB in size

As I said, our bayes is run through MySql. It has 505,600 bayes_seen
records and 205,300 bayes_tokens. A cron job runs nightly to tidy that up.

Do you use any large rules with SA? My MS processes average 40 MB.
