MailScanner 4.50.15 not picking up new rules from sa-update

Martin,

And if there is NO config option for it in SA? I can't find any
documented SA rule/config to set the LOCAL_STATE_DIR.
It's supposed to be passed from the Perl code, creating a new
Mail::SpamAssassin instance.
