Tony

Depends on your MailScanner.conf, but as someelse said it's interesting the
org-name isn't appearing in the headers... what version of MailScanner are
you running?

Subject: [MAILSCANNER] Mailscanner not scanning all emails

Hi all

I've installed MailScanner to virus and spam scan emails.

This seems to be working fine for email that is delivered locally on the
server MailScanner is running.

However the server is also an MX for domains for which email is forwarded
onto different final destination servers, these emails aren't being scanned.

The emails have the following in their headers:

#########

X-MailScanner-Information: Please contact the ISP for more information

X-MailScanner: Not scanned: please contact your Internet E-Mail Service
Provider for details

X-MailScanner-SpamScore: sss

#########

How can I get MailScanner to scan all port 25 traffic even if the final
destination isn't local?

TIA

Tony
