Problem with install-Clam-SA's ./install.sh script

It's not actually a bug in my script really. You need to add
/usr/local/lib to your /etc/ld.so.conf file so that it knows to look for
libraries in /usr/local/lib. Then Mail::ClamAV will be able to work.
As for the other problem, upgrade MailScanner to my latest beta and the
output goes away. It's quite harmless, feel free to ignore it.
