Did you correct the other errors after the upgrade?
Spamassassin 3.1.0 has new config options for DCC and razor, but it
should only have bayes issues if upgrading from Spamassassin 2.64 or lower.
Any errors showing up in the maillog?
Try service MailScanner restart & tail -f /var/log/maillog
Watch for a few minutes to look for errors, and CTRL-C to stop the tail
process.
