[MAILSCANNER] Problem with new MCP rules?

I haven't changed any default values, but it seems a bunch of people 
have started using the subject line tagging (which I dislike as much as 
the rest of you :-)

There are now patches for SpamAssassin 3.1.0 on www.mailscanner.info.
