Some .cf files not being used by SpamAssassin under MailScanner?

Sorry - joined halfway down the thread..

And 

spamassassin -p /opt/MailScanner/etc/spam.assassin.prefs.conf -D --lint

gives not clues?

Already suggested, already tried, and it would be reudndant to do that
anyway.
