ANNOUNCE: SpamAssassin 3.1.0 available!

Julian,

I had the following in my init.pre for SA 3.0.4:

# Hashcash - perform hashcash verification.
#
loadplugin Mail::SpamAssassin::Plugin::Hashcash

I added it to my 3.1 init.pre.  Woner how come it didn't get into
the default 3.1 init.pre file?
