MailScanner stops delivering e-mail to Postfix

 From what I have been sent, most of this problem is caused by people 
running "TNEF Expander = internal", where they would be better off 
running the external "tnef" program supplied with MailScanner. I believe 
I have fixed this in the latest beta release.
