TNEF Patch problems on FreeBSD

Just downloaded and tried to run the TNEF patch on my FreeBSD box
(MailScanner installed using the tar.tz variant) on MS 4.45-1 and I get the
following errors..

patch < ~martinh/TNEF.pm.patch
Hmm...  Looks like a unified diff to me...
The text leading up to this was:
