DCC install not going well

Basically, the solution to your problem lies in the 'disable-dccm' 
parameter to ./configure.

Note: You probably forgot something dhawal.  You must define the 
dcc_home in /etc/MailScanner/spam.assassin.prefs.conf.

dcc_home /var/dcc

Then test spamassassin.
