Julian,

I think the new one gives a sense of power that the old one hadn't, 
which is good.  I also think the envelope is less visible, which is bad.

The others seemed to like the shield on the old one.  Since there were 
no knights in Canada's history, I didn't realize it was a shield... I 
thought it was some road sign (I think they have similar road signs in 
the US).

I guess I prefer the new one, but not by much.  The font is better (the 
old one had an old typewriter style).
