What to do with spam question.

It's not a question of reading the manual, because i have already done that.
Once, one year ago, a tried to make a rule where the third argument of a rule,
the result, was not "yes", "no" or a filename but a sequence of values and i
got errors when starting mailscanner.
I was asking if putting in MailScanner.conf:
..
Spam Actions = %rules-dir%/SpamActions.rules
..
and creating a file SpamActions.rules with
To:  user1 at mydomain.pt  deliver
FromOrTo:  default      store notify
was correct.
