What to do with spam question.

Hi,

i'm sorry if this have already been asked here, but i don't Know how to make a
rule for "What to do with spam" section of MailScanner.conf. I need to make
something like this:
To:  user1 at mydomain.pt  deliver
FromOrTo:  default      store notify
Can i make this?
