White and black list

Hello
I receive about 15'000 spam mails per day to any domain (for example
abc.com). But there are only about 30 real user e-mail addresses
behind this domain (for example info@, support@ etc.). Is there a
combination to filer out only the real e-mail addresses and drop the
others?

(The machine where MailScanner should work is not the machine where
the real mailserver lives. After proceeding MailScanner/Sendmail the
mails will be forwarded to a second mailserver)
