RHEL3 -> RHEL4 upgrade?

I did an upgrade from FC2 to CentOS 4.2 this morning.  There were only a few
dependency issues.  I removed a couple of offending RPM's, did a yum update
and after downloading about 1300 packages, the install went smoothly.

I had to install the EL kernel-smp manually since the stock FC2 kernel was
more recent, but other than that, the system rebooted into CentOS4.2 without
issue.
