RHEL3 -> RHEL4 upgrade?

Chris, could you elaborate a bit on this?  About how much time did it 
take?  What was your upgrade method?  What is your setup?

Anyone have an experience of RHEL3 -> RHEL4 upgrade of a MailScanner 
server to report?
