Passworded zip files denied

Hello to all.

Recently, I had occasion to receive an email with a  password-protected zip 
file attached.  MailScanner wouldn't let that piece of mail through.  I 
looked in filename.rules.conf and filetype.rules.conf, but couldn't see any 
(obvious) rule which was casing this to happen.  Can anyone tell me how to 
allow mail with password-protected zip files to pass unimpeded?
