Another thing I hate about other mailing lists. I'd rather put up with 
the occasional out-of-office reply than have to "reply all", "copy and 
paste" etc. - mailing list discussions are just that - discussions - and 
replies should go to the list.

And don't get me started on thread hijacking! ;)
