After having reinstalled perl and mailscanner, I get these errors?

Not sure what is really going on. Had issues removing perl 5.8.0 as I had
installed perl 5.8.7 without doing make distclean. So, I am not sure if I
should just rebuild this box from scratch or if there is a way to
recover. Thoughts?
