I've noticed the same thing.  MS 4.47.1, Clam 0.87.1, in my case.
clamavmodule picks up phishing stuff and old viruses, but not much
else.  I've never found it comforting that Mail::ClamAV (0.17)
fails half of its self-tests.  I've just switched from clamavmodule
to clamav in my MailScanner settings.  I'll see how that goes.
