If we accept that we are having 1 file and a link to it,
which should be
the real file?
The <mailscanner_etc>/spam.assassin.prefs.conf will not be
read directly
by MailScanner, the <sa_site_path>/mailscanner.cf will be
read by
SpamAssassin as part of its normal initialisation.
<mailscanner_etc>/spam.assassin.prefs.conf is the real file?
or
<sa_site_path>/mailscanner.cf is the real file?
I prefer the first one as it makes the installation a lot
easier to do
automatically.
I would prefer the first one. Mostly because we have been used to it till
now. Any change might lead to a considerable amount of confusion amongst
the existing users.
