Start up script problem 4.47 - summary

It appears that the SuSE init.d script somehow crept into the RedHat 
distribution.
I have rebuilt the distributions and this problem appears to be fixed now.

Sorry about that folks, haven't a clue how it happened. It would only 
have affected some MTA's and not others. Worst affected was Postfix.
