Deleting spam based on domain

Hi,

For some domains I'd like to auto-delete spam, and for
others keep them on the default "deliver".

In MailScanner.conf, there's the following entries
which relate to this:

Spam Actions = deliver

High Scoring Spam Actions = deliver

In trying to make these into a ruleset ie:

Spam Actions = %rules-dir%/spam.actions.rules

High Scoring Spam Actions =
%rules-dir%/high.scoring.spam.actions

What do these files need to contain? will the
following work?

FromOrTo:       *@domain1.com   delete
FromOrTo:       default                 deliver
