OUCH! STOP! REMOVE THAT AT ONCE!!!!!!!!

Those rules already exist in the SA default config. You do not enable URIBLs by
adding rules.. you enable them by loading the plugin. (see
/etc/mail/spamassassin/*.pre)

Force-adding the rules without the plugin loaded will cause parse errors in your
config!!!!!!!!
