update_phishing_sites script

Julian,
After upgrading to 4.47.2, I surmised that I needed a
daily cronjob to run update_phishing_sites, to get the
latest info from you.  So I added one.   It failed,
since root does not have /usr/local/bin in its path
on my box.  I suggest the following addition to 
update_phishing_sites:
*** update_phishing_sites.orig  Thu Nov  3 08:33:10 2005
--- update_phishing_sites       Thu Nov  3 08:36:12 2005
