Warinig - Worm.Zafi.B

We're seeing two systems in the UK getting hammered by the Worm.Zafi.B
virus.  All of the infections are from the same system so it's not too hard
to block. 

The symptom is that there are so many viruses being detected that mail
starts quickly backing up on the infected system.
